So is Evian charged water or what? I thought I read in the lifefood book that it was.

I lent someone my Lifefood Recipe Book so I am unable to type for you what I was going to re: Evian. Natural mineral water can be excellent, like what the Hunza's call "glacial milk", and Evian is similar to this, but, it comes to us in a toxic plastic bottle.

Plastic is not natural and there's no way around that. Just because there's a level of contamination that's considered acceptable by the establishment, doesn't mean that plastic isn't toxic.

^Are you talking about eating plastic? I don't think thats a good idea. However, drinking water out of a plastic bottle, thats ok imho. There are different grades of plastics. Some are only rated for one time use. Some are rated for many many uses.
