yeah, i doubt anyone is going to start drinking their own pee even if it is healthy for them. but since i watch ufc 69 i looked into it. sounds pretty interesting, i may give a try

Luke, after reading all your posts about the urine therapy I have to tell you that all make sense.
I dind't know about this natural treatment before reading the posts, but I remember one time that my rowing coach said to me that if you put a little of your own urine on the blisters in the hands caused by the grip of the oars, the blisters will disappear in a few days. I did it, and it was true. Thast's why I believe in the urine therapy.
I'll see my doctor for a entire check of my bodie, if everithing's O.K. I'll start the urine therapy.

I recommend to get rid of all your beliefs. As you come from experience this is more real. But even experience is not real. You have an awareness that urine therapy is useful and youthful wherever you are. Your doctor might think this is a less than excellent idea because of his/her beliefs. We wish you good luck on your journey.

The idea behind urine therapy is to take back in what couldn't be absorbed the first time around. So you could be getting more out of your vitamins if you recycled your urine.
