...So I'm at my new computer setup (laptop w/ broken screen on hdtv) just having done a liver flush yesterday. Here's how it went down.
2 pm: arrive home from work.
2:30 mix 1 C olive oil w/ .5 C lemon juice (as with all ingredients, fresh is best)
Sip as you feel drawn to.
3 pm optional coffee enema
7 pm ~ 1 tsp Wildzymes on fruit, 1/3 tsp Evacuease, 1/3 tsp Digestaid, 1/2 tsp Parasite formula
This morning I did a tsp of Black Gold Clean (Lifecolloid, castor oil, epsom salt) to help move things along...
I passed about 50 pebble-sized stones. It felt like they came from the bottom of my liver. I have not felt this great for as long as I can remember (maybe when I was 8).

My 2 new favorites:
Apple Cider Vinegar
Ginger powder
honey
salt
ice
yerba mate
honey
salt (or sea moss)
carob
ice
I stopped "eating" several days ago after having my throat swell up from salad. The only place on my body where any fat is left is my lowest abs. There are many places, though, full of calcium phosphate deposits and I am making it my priority to cleanse all that away. Jubb's Alpha and Omega teas clathrate and chelate all kinds of things and castor packs help to soften, loosen, and dislodge those "tumors". Even though my horoscope predicts discomfort for today and tomorrow I am hopeful about the future.
